Koschina L. Marshall

Koschina L. Marshall is an attorney-at-law, educator, mentor, coach, and transformational speaker with a multifaceted career spanning banking, law, education, international affairs, and personal development. A former public-school educator and university lecturer in the University of the West Indies/College of The Bahamas Law Program, she has also held key roles within respected global organizations and served in judicial and administrative posts in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas.

She holds multiple undergraduate degrees, an M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction, an LL.M. in Dispute Resolution, and various certificates and certifications. She is both an academic and a life coach with extensive training in conflict and dispute resolution processes.

Koschina is the Founder of LevelUp Leaders 360, a transformational leadership empowerment and development platform designed to equip individuals to become well-rounded, purpose-driven leaders who live and lead with intention, integrity, and impact. The mission of LevelUp Leaders 360 is to develop individuals, elevate communities, and honor legacy through workshops, coaching, mentorship initiatives, and scholarship programs.

She is the creator of the YouTube Channel, Transformational Academic Coach. This Channel aims to promote quality educational content focused on boosting mental health, increasing motivation and productivity, and providing practical study tips and learning skills.

Koschina is the author of several books and is passionate about using her voice and expertise to inspire, change, advocate for growth, and empower individuals through legal knowledge, biblical principles, education, and transformative coaching.
